How do I request a ride?
Open the RuraRide app, enter your destination, choose your ride type, and tap "Request Ride."
How do I pay for my ride?
You can pay using credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, or cash in some locations. Add payment methods in the Payment section of the app.
What if I left something in my ride?
Contact your driver through the app or report a lost item in the "Trip History" section.
How do I cancel a ride?
Open your active trip and tap "Cancel Ride." Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing.
How do I sign up as a driver?
Download the RuraRide app, select "Drive with us", and follow the registration process with required documents.
How and when do I get paid?
Payments are processed weekly. You can also request instant payouts through the app for a small fee.
What are the vehicle requirements?
Your vehicle must be 2010 or newer, have 4 doors, seat at least 4 passengers, and pass a vehicle inspection.
How do I report issues with riders?
Rate the rider after the trip and provide details, or contact support directly through the app.
